EUR/USD
A widely traded currency pair is the relation of the euro against the US dollar, designated as EUR/USD. The quotation EUR/USD 1.2500 means that one euro is exchanged for 1.2500 US dollars. Here, EUR is the base currency and USD is the quote currency(counter currency).
USD/JPY
The abbreviation for the U.S. dollar and Japanese yen cross rate is quoted as the USD/JPY. The currency pair shows how many Japanese yen (the quote currency) are needed to purchase one U.S. dollar (the base currency). The symbol for the Japanese yen is ¥.
GBP/USD
Cable (or the cable) is a foreign exchange term used for the GBP/USD currency pair rate (British pound priced in US dollars).The term cable is a slang term used by forex traders to refer to the exchange rate between the pound and dollar and is also used to simply refer to the British pound itself. The term originated in the mid-19th century, when the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and British pound began to be transmitted across the Atlantic by a submarine communications cable.
USD/CAD
The USD/CAD is affected by factors that influence the value of the U.S. dollar and/or the Canadian dollar in relation to each other and other currencies. For this reason, the interest rate differential between the Federal Reserve (Fed) and the Bank of Canada (BoC), will affect the value of these currencies when compared to each other.
USD/CHF
The USD/CHF currency pair is often called 'The Swissie'. The Swiss Franc is the last Franc still in issuance in Europe.
AUD/USD

NZD/USD

USD/RUB

AUD/CAD

This is the forex quote for the Swiss Franc - Japanese Yen cross pair. Both of these currencies are often viewed as safe-haven currencies and funding currencies due to their unique financial properties and low interest rates.
EUR/AUD
This is the Forex quote for the Euro versus the Australian Dollar. In this quote, the value of one Euro ('base currency') is quoted in terms of the Australian Dollar ('counter currency').

EUR/GBP
